Hosts carole and Tom were absolutely wonderful. Felt very comfortable and relaxed lovely show round and introduction from Tom. We gad the top floor 2 rooms which were fabulous.

The hostess Claire was really friendly and welcoming. The facilities were spotless, and there was a selection of hot drinks and biscuits in the room.
There were a lot of stairs to climb, which was no problem for us, but may affect some visitors.

Ideally placed between Harrogate and Knaresborough, clean and comfortable, couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome,very attentive and friendly.
