Perfect location to stay in beautiful Benodet

Location by beach View from balcony. Pleasant gardens.

All instructions about apartment and day of departure were in French. Surely there are enough English speaking guests to have one set of instruments in English. We may not have done what was asked as we didn't understand. 2 windows in bedroom were triangular and there were 2 huge blocks to put into window space to block light. They took up too much room in a small bedroom and awkward to use.

Emplacement idéal pour se promener à pied. A 5 minutes de la plage et de la promenade en bord de mer. Appartement au calme

La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous : poussière vaisselle à refaire avant de l'utiliser, frigo douteux L'escalier qui mène à la chambre est très raide. La chambre sous pente est toute petite, nous avons passé notre temps pliés en deux. Les toilettes du bas avait une fuite, ce que nous avons signalé dès notre arrivée : nous avons attendu toute la matinée du lendemain l'appel d'une personne qui devait venir mais rien : donc toilettes inutilisable. Le débit des chasses d'eau est à revoir. Pas de bip pour ouvrir le portail extérieur : il faut sortir de la voiture pour taper le code. Pas d'explication pour la piscine Il n'y a absolument rien dans le logement : pas de sel / poivre par exemple. Un seul sac poubelle, rien pour essuyer les chaises et la table sur la terrasse. Pas de couverture supplémentaire : une couette 2 oreillers et basta. Connexion Wi-Fi inexistante

Très agréable séjour dans un lieu de villégiature attrayant.

L'emplacement, le calme et le parking privé sécurisé. L'aménagement du séjour (avec terrasse) et l'équipement de la cuisine.

L'exiguïté de la salle de bain et de la chambre à coucher au 1er étage ; le mauvais fonctionnement des chasses d'eau aux deux étages ; l'accès difficile au 1er étage, pour des personnes à mobilité réduite (escalier étroit et raide).

Notre séjour a été parfait!

Le logement était très propre, bien équipé et magnifiquement situé. Nous avons fait tous nos déplacements à Bénodet à pied. Une mention spéciale pour Sabrina qui nous a accueillis avec une gentillesse extrême.
