Poble Sec. Excelente ubicación cerca de la playa y de las Ramblas

The apartment has all the basic necessities needed for a short stay. There are several lovely restaurants nearby, and it’s a pleasant walk up to Montjuïc Park. The area also felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. One thing to note is the location — getting to Port Vell or La Rambla requires about a 30-minute walk, so you should be prepared for a bit of walking when getting around. Kathi was very helpful and friendly. Despite the language barrier, she took the time to explain how everything in the apartment worked, and we were able to understand what we needed to do. It was a warm and welcoming introduction to the stay.

The apartment is quite compact, particularly the bathroom, so it’s better suited for two people rather than a family. When we arrived, the TV wasn’t working because the previous occupant had set up parental controls, which prevented access to normal TV channels. I explained this to the owner. The use of a Fire TV also isn’t particularly practical for guests, as it requires individuals to log into their own accounts to watch content. I was eventually able to resolve the issue, though it took some time. Another point to note is that there isn’t a metro station close to the apartment, so getting around generally involves a fair amount of walking or using taxis. Noise was a slight issue. It was difficult to get a good night’s sleep, particularly if you are using the sofa bed in the living room, as the fridge/freezer runs loudly and constantly buzzes throughout the night.

La ubicación era muy buena, cerca de zona de bares y restaurantes. Lo pude conseguir la noche anterior a llegar y la respuesta del anfitrión fue inmediata y muy correcta

Primer piso por escalera. El baño era muy estrecho. Es imposible conseguir estacionamiento en la calle por la zona. El parking mas cercano esta a 4 cuadras y suele estar completo por la noche por estar en zona de teatro y restaurantes

Amazing location next to a bunch of restaurants, bars and public transport. Clean and comfortable apartment. The host was also responsive and accommodated our late arrival and check out. Thanks for making it a lovely stay in Barcelona.

Bathroom is very small and feels cramped.

Posizione ottima, situata a 300 metri dalla fermata Paral'el della importante linea 3 della metro. La zona è ben dotata di supermarket e locali vari

La pulizia non è risultata eccelsa con presenza di capelli sul pavimento e residui di molliche all'interno dei cassetti. I servizi igienici, ricavati da una verandina, risultano di microscopiche dimensioni con il lavandino inutilizzabile in quanto piccolissimo (per lavarci denti, mani, viso, etc. abbiamo dovuto utilizzare il lavandino della cucina...)
