The people at the Help Desk are amazing friendly, with a big smile on their faces and happy to help.
Very clear explanation about every little detail about the house, in last than 5 minutes you are out of the with an smile on your face.
The department was dirty, dusty and smelly, many beds behind the sofas and under the bed. It seems like they have some issues with the tubes, the house smells like sewer all the time. I had to sleep with the windows open because of the smell. Besides that they are missing insolation on the roof, it is a very cold room at night. I had to choose between smell and cold. I sleep with a Jacket, because they also do not let any extra banquet or anything.
At this time, there are works on the street, and it does not feel safe to be on that street at night. The only nice thing is that is very close to the station.

The staff was nice and respect that was the good thing , clean kitchen and bathroom but the bedroom was terrible
The deluxe studio was not deluxe at all, the couches where we need to sleep were not comfortable at all, there were two mattresses to sleep on , they were very dirty and they were under the bed, I couldn't even let me child sleep on it, It was very disappointing, the area around was very bad with drunk people and people took drugs that was very dangerous

Okay, but uncomfortable
Apartment was nice but really hot. AC would be really helpful.
The neighborhood around the apartment felt quite unsafe. As three women going out in the evening, we were concerned. We were especially worried that someone might be sitting near the entrance when we returned from the concert, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. Overall, going in and out of the building gave us an uncomfortable feeling, though nothing actually happened during our stay.

Unusual experience in Antwerp.
The apartment is well located and well supplied with kitchen items to make breakfast or lunch if needed. Check in and out was very easy and stress-free.
There are some serious issues with safety in the street as there is constant drug trafficking going on right in front of the entrance of the apartment. At times you have to ask dealers to vacate the doorsteps to get in. This is from early mornings to late at night. There were no violent incidents, though...but it may make guests uncomfortable.

Excellent location but had issues that are hopefully resolved
Good location.
The apartment floors were not vacuumed or cleaned and the bed had a severe infestation of bedbugs, receiving bites all over including my face that took weeks to recover from. Hopefully they have now taken feedback on board and take hygiene and pest control more seriously. If the place is cleaned and the sewage problem in the shower is resolved it has great potential.

Good place, but key collection office is way too far from stay
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and in perfect location.
Key collection is about 15-20 minutes walk and it was raining and I was without a car and with a suitcase. Had I known this fact and I would have definitely not booked this place.
In addition the bathroom heater was broken and it was freezing after the shower.

Once we finally got checked in it was close to the supermarket and not far from central station
This was the worst check in set up we had to Uber 15 minutes just to get the keys and then back into town with all our luggage. We thought we had paid a good price but ended up paying over 25 euros for rides. And ended up taking 2 hours. We also had to go up 4 flights of stairs with big bags and the bed was super uncomfortable

you have to walk 25 minutes for the key (they say they’re changing this in two weeks). bathroom door didn’t close. shower wasn’t very hot and didn’t have much pressure. bed is cheap and uncomfortable. didn’t feel very clean

Location of the place was very nice/very good. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars!
Staff was slow to respond and at some point stopped responding (tried calling and message through WhatsApp). Bedding might be already available or not depending on if staff prepared it in advance. Wi-Fi password was not provided, make sure to ask the staff before you leave with the keys.

Niet zo charming...
De ruimte zelf,
De badkamer lag buiten het appartement waardoor je via de openbare gang via een trap deze kon bereiken, erg onhandig. De 2 slaapbanken in de huiskamer waren ronduit erg vies( bekleding).
Bed in de slaapkamer gelukkig niet.
Nieuwe overgordijnen zijn ook geen overbodige luxe, de huidige passen niet en sluiten niet goed.
Kortom,er is werk aan de winkel hier.

De hosts aan de receptie waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De locatie van het verblijf en de hygiëne viel erg tegen. Junkies en zwervers kwam voor ons raam. Een klopte er zelfs op toen hij zag dat er ligt was in onze studio. De straat er naast staat vol met mensen die drugs doen, voelde absoluut niet veilig om erdoor te wandelen en kwamen ook niet buiten na een bepaald uur. De geur binnen was ook echt niet aangenaam gezien we zelf niet-rokers zijn. Badkamer was wel heel proper.

Недалеко жд вокзал и центр. Рядом много магазинов.
Уже на подходе к жилью нас очень насторожило присутствие на улице людей ужасного вида и поведения, которые сидели прямо на порогах подъездов, громко разговаривали и торговали наркотиками. В последствии, мы видели это ежедневно из нашего окна. Не понятно, почему это не пресекает полиция?
Далее - когда мы вошли в наш подъезд, в нос нам ударил ужасный запах туалета и сигаретного дыма.
В номере также стоял запах прокуренного помещения, который нам не удалось убрать ни проветриванием, ни использованием аромасвечи. Дальше-больше: постель! Подушки уже изжили свой век, это была маленькая кучка скомканных шариков (бывшего наполнителя), на которых было невозможно спать. Диван-кровать также не был удобен для сна, а матрас на кровати лежал пружинами вверх и мы решили его перевернуть и... о Боже! Он весь загажен. На этом фоне, то, что на троих нам выделили одну чашку и недостаточно было прочей посуды, отошло на задний план. На следующий день мы пошли в администрацию с нашими жалобами. Сотрудник был с нами очень вежлив, искренне нам посочувствовал и предложил съехать оттуда, но гарантию возврата денег, при условии, что владелец апартаментов согласится с нашими претензиями дал только на словах, то есть никакую. Мы написали список вещей, которые просили заменить или добавить и когда мы вернулись в номер, обнаружили, что нам заменили матрас и оставили на столе две чашки и столовые приборы. Мы, если честно, были несколько ошеломлены, так как это было сделано без нашего присутствия, а в номере остались наши вещи и ноутбуки. Но слава Богу, ничего не пропало. В номере был тусклый свет, а через немалые щели входной двери, возле которой стояла кровать, всю ночь пробивался свет. Если-бы мы заплатили 10 евро за ночь, можно было и потерпеть, но за заявленную цену, которую ставят приличные апартаменты, это неприемлемо! В общем, постоянная головная боль и огорчение...

Następnym razem na pewno poszukam czegoś innego.
Jedynym plusem była lokalizacja.
Brudne okna, poplamiona sofa w salonie, pobrudzone ściany. Zapach stęchlizny na korytarzu, zapach grzyba i pleśni w łazience (zapach z łazienki znikł dopiero po trzech dniach, mimo, że okno otworzyłem od razu po przyjeździe. Wejście do łazienki jest z korytarza, trzeba wyjść z apartamentu, żeby się do niej dostać. W udogodnieniach jest informacja, że zapewniają pościel. Tej pościeli nie było, było tylko prześcieradło i dwie poduszki ozdobne. Dostałem numer telefonu, pod którym mam się kontaktować, odpisali mi tylko w piątek, na wiadomość o smrodzie w łazience nie dostałem żadnej odpowiedzi.

Sehr Zentralnah zum Hauptbahnhof von Antwerpen, Lebensmittelgeschäft um die Ecke, sauber eingerichtet die kleine Wohnung.
Leider gabs es kein W-LAN Empfang. Nach mehreren versuchen habe ich es aufgegeben. Wasser aus Duschkopf kam sehr spärlich raus, man musste mehrere Minuten laufen lassen bis man überhaupt duschen konnte.

We konden er simpelweg niet slapen vanwege de junks in de straat en onveiligheid .Dit appartement moet echt uit de verhu
Het is een vreselijk appartement waar alles mis mee is. De locatie is vreselijk; junks en alcoholisten staan in grote getallen in de straat te dealen. Er werd gebruikt door junks in het portiek. Ik en m’n zoon moesten mensen die aan het gebruiken waren vragen opzij te stappen om de sleutel in de voordeur te kunnen steken. Het is zeer onveilig op straat. Het appartement is niet zoals omschreven in n zeker niet zoals op de foto’s te zien is. Normaal ben ik snel tevreden en klaag nooit over wat we boeken via booking maar nu kan ik helaas niet anders en willen we graag ons geld terug. Het appartement was oud het stonk er en voelde onveilig om zelfs maar een raam open te doen om te luchten. De toilet en douche bevonden zich op een etage eronder niet in het appartement zelf. Als m’n zoontje ‘s nachts naar de wc zou moeten zou hij het appartement moeten verlaten en naar etage beneden moeten waar de badkamer was die met een sleutel open en op slot gedraaid moet worden. Dat zegt al heel veel over de situatie en onveiligheid. Van t portiek waar de junks op de trap zitten oftewel de voordeur naar de badkamer is 1 trap verwijderd. Hij had niet eens naar de wc gedurfd bang dat er iemand door de voordeur opeens in t halletje zou staan bij de wc/ badkamer. Ik heb meteen gebeld met het verhuurbedrijf en hij gaf toe dat de straat onveilig was maar dat ik dat had moeten weten. Ik vroeg om een andere plek maar dat kon hij niet regelen er was niks anders beschikbaar. Ik moest booking maar benaderen en dat heb ik gedaan. Ik heb van jullie niks gehoord. Ik heb onze spullen gepakt en ben vertrokken en heb zoals jullie kunnen zien de Holiday Inn EXPRESS geboekt en de nacht daarna de Citybox. We hebben daarom dubbele kosten gemaakt en ik vind het schandalig dat zo’n appartement wordt verhuurd via booking . Ik wil heel graag en oplossing met jullie vinden voor de overlast die we hebben ondervonden. Dit was echt heel heel vreselijk.

- de wc en badkamer zitten niet aan het appartement vast.
- Er is een muggenplaag
- We zijn de hele nacht lekgeprikt, toen we de lamp van de slaapkamer in de nacht aanzette, kwamen we tot de ontdekking dat de muren om ons heen met minstens 40 muggen waren bedekt
- Er waren op bed geen kussenhoezen bij aankomst
- De kussens van het bed zaten onder de gele vlekken

Camera spaziosa, in un buon punto di Anversa, vicino alla stazione sia dei treni che della metro.
Era sporco, le lenzuola macchiate ed a terra c'era un sacco di sporcizia. Mai visto una cosa simile. Camera e bagno non hanno finestre apribili ma lucernai, l'unica finestra apribile è quella del soggiorno ma è ad 1 metro di altezza dalla strada

No recomendable para reserva de última hora. Lo contratamos 8:45 pm y solo aceptan ir por las llaves a otro lugar hasta las 9:00 pm. Las instrucciones me las enviaron después de las 9:00 pm y no aceptaron ningún tiempo extra para entregarnos la llave. Tiempo perdido y estoy esperando aún mi reembolso después de 20 días.
