Great property, poor service and lacking manners!
The location is great, amenities are top notch. It is a comfortable property and we found the place very clean.
We booked the property for 5 nights. On day 4 of our stay, one day before we were supposed to leave, the owner (at least that’s what I assumed since he did not bother to introduce himself) showed up at 10:00 in the morning at our breakfast table. The first thing he said was “Hello, you should have left by 10”. Normally I would understand mistaking a day for another. However, his attitude was not friendly, he showed up unexpectedly, even though he saw us sitting at the table at the balcony eating, and insinuated that we had to be gone already! The worst is that he didn’t even bother to apologize, which is totally unacceptable. And this is how a lovely holiday ends in disappointment!

Die Lage war Top; das Häuschen ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl.

Beetje lastig met parkeren en wasmachine zou handig zijn. ventilatie in het huisje kan beter.

Angenehme 5 Tage verbracht. Für Frühaufsteher schwierig, da der Pelletofen dann noch nicht heizt.
Das Haus hat einen sehr modernen Charakter und die Ausstattung in der Küche ist gut.
- Inserat wird leider von BelVilla verwaltet. Umständliches Bezahlen. Support von BelVilla, wie immer, eine Katastrophe. Genaue Adresse des Hauses nicht erhaltet auf Nachfrage. Musste das Haus anhand der Fotos suchen. - Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum Gemeinschaftsbad - Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte keine Heizung. Der Raum konnte nur „erwärmt“ werden durch offen stehen lassen der Türen von Bad und Küche - Die Räume werden durch den in der Ecke stehenden Pelletofen in der Küche erwärmt(Wärme staut sich am Pelletofen), sodass Türen offen stehen bleiben müssen (dadurch entsteht dann Zugluft an den Füßen in der Küche) - WunschTemperatur und Uhrzeit zum Heizen lässt sich nicht einstellen (Vermieter stellen die Werte per App wieder um, wenn Veränderungen vorgenommen worden sind) - Nach SMS und Telefonaten mit den Vermietern kamen Sie mit der Temperatur uns ein wenig entgegen (leider nicht unsere WunschTemperatur) - Vermieter berufen sich darauf, dass andere Gäste es auch nicht wärmer haben wollten
