Great stay overall. The hotel is very well located on the main avenue. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and attentive, though there is room for improvement in terms of hospitality standards, from the agent’s pitch to the overall presentation and grooming, which should remain professional while still being adapted to the destination.
Breakfast could be slightly improved in terms of variety and quality. It would also be great to see the rooftop activated in the evening with a concept or ambiance, as it has strong potential.

The staff were friendly.
We were meant to check in at 2pm but when we got there were told our room was not ready and it was going to be ready in an hour since there had been a late checkout on the day .We ended up checking in at 315 .
