About this apartment rental
Updated Condo in Sandpiper Cove, which is a guard gated 43 acre resort with 1100 feet of private beach. We have stocked it as our second home and are excited to share it with you. This upper unit overlooks the 9th hole of the FREE 9 hole par 3 golf course, and one of the 5 swimming pools. We have tried to add everything we could think of to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. From the new (2024) King bed in the private bedroom, a new (2022) very upgraded queen sofa mattress and there is a washer and dryer inside the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/ utensils and appliances. There is an icemaker in the refrigerator and also filtered water on the sink. The outside closet is full of beach/ tennis and golf items for your use. Including a wagon to tote it all to the beach. On each window you have the option of closing the black out curtains or have all of the beautiful Destin sunlight coming in that you could want. The deck offers a table and chairs for that morning coffee or evening night cap. Plenty of storage areas to unpack and make yourself at home. This is a no pet, smoking or vaping unit.
Please note: limited basic soaps and toilet paper are available, however, you may need more. Please bring your own beach towels, the unit does not supply beach towels.
Please note that our unit is located toward the back part of the golf course, which will make it a bit longer walk to the beach. If you choose to drive there is gated parking at the beach entrance.
See below for all of the resorts on-site amenities. There is also a water taxi that can take you to the Harbor Walk Village shops and restaurants.

Super cute place. Owners let us in an hour early which was great sonce we traveled 8 hrs and it was storming when we arrived. They pretty much had everything you needed. Small toiletries in the bathroom I appreciate the power strips on both sides of the bed. That was great for plugging in our phones and then in the dining area there was a power strip for plugging in the phone not a plug power strip if you know what I mean So that was great. The pool was right behind us and was nice and clean and water was warm. We used the barbecue area one night for cooking which was great.The unit had all the utensils that we needed. This is a very big community lol . So big it has its own restaurants on premise We didn't get to try it but that was an option if we wanted it. The unit is located all the way in the back so you definitely have to take your car across the street for the beach.

Condo was great! Everything was as described. We played the little par 3 course three times. We drove to the beach entrance. Gated entrance and parking lot for beach with plenty of spaces. Very easy walk to beach from parking. It was a great trip!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. It was clean and the owner provides a beach cart & chairs if you need them. They also had two sets of golf clubs to use at the 9 hole course on the grounds. We would recommend staying here to anyone.
