โ Misuse of Hot Tub (if applicable): $300 fee (e.g., failure to follow usage guidelines, excessive debris, or damage).
โ Unauthorized Late Checkout: $300 fee if checkout extends beyond the designated time without prior approval.
โ Excessive Trash or Mess: $300 cleaning fee if the unit is left in an unsanitary or excessively messy condition.
โ Unauthorized Events, Gatherings, or Parties: $500 fee for hosting unapproved events.

We liked the location and property. It's across from a park and very close to a downtown area. We were going back and forth between Elon. The drive was about 19 minutes so not too bad. It was a good fit for the 3 of us. There is also a large backyard if you have a dog. We had planned on bringing our dog and picked this place because of the yard and park. We ended up not bringing her, but it seems to be a good choice if you do. The house is a split house. So, there is what I assume an identical unit next door. There were some guests there, but we didn't hear them. It was very quiet. I would put this on my list of places to stay when we come back to the area.

Very cute and clean apartment. We had everything we needed. Great location. I would highly recommend that the front door be fixed.

Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. The house is nice and fairly convenient to shopping and restaurants. Having a sports park across the street was really useful for walking our dog. Overall a very good place to stay if you need to spend some time in the area.

The property was very nice, the issues I had were the following: The front door knob was broke and had to finagle it to get it to open, also the front screen door handle was broke so you could not let the door shut if you went out to front porch. I also had an issue with the internet, i do not believe that as a guest i should have to input my own personal amazon account for the internet to work, as the host that should be your account. There also could have been more linens for bathing. The property was very nice and quiet neighborhood, i would definitely stay again as long as the other issues are addressed. Thank you again for allowing our stay.
