Very beautiful villa with private terrace, in a park bathed in colors. A large collective swimming pool for a Residence on a human scale. This duplex mini villa is well appointed, fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher..., spacious, close to the beaches of Saint Cyprien and Cala Rossa, ideal for family holidays, between sea and mountains, with multiple activities.

The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and it has all the listed furnitures and equipments. It is placed in the Residence U are d'Alzetu that has a nice swimming pool.
For us it was quite disappointing that the exact location of the apartment in the listing was not correct as it was placed at 5 min from the beach in the Cala Rossa Private Area ---> this is not true, it is not walking distance from the sea
