Modern holiday apartment in the Ittertal. The holiday apartment is located between Willingen and Schwalefeld above the new Upland Stadium. Wonderful secluded location in beautiful nature and yet it is only about a 2km walk to the center of Willingen. It is just 8 minutes by car to Diemelsee. So if you are looking for comfort, peace and nature away from the city - but still close to the lively town center - then this is the right place for you!

Information on accessibility:
The apartment is barrier-low, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the barrier-low filter is not available in booking portals, which is why we list the holiday property there as barrier-free, because it is still easy to use for many people with walking difficulties. The P paved with lawn stones is located directly in front of the house entrance. Access paths in front of the house and in the house are threshold-free. The room doors in the apartment are only 70cm wide. The shower is at ground level. The balcony door has the usual threshold.

In Willingen, among others, the lagoon adventure pool, ice rink, Ettelsberg cable car, adventure golf on the viaduct, pit-pat facility, climbing hall, Curioseum, Mühlenkopfschanze funicular, visitor mine, glass factory, 3D mini golf hall, Usseln outdoor pool. In the SURROUNDING AREA, among others, the Kellerwald/Edersee National Park Center, summer toboggan run, Edersee Wildlife Park, Bad Arolsen Residence Palace, various golf courses, the World Heritage Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe/Kassel, the Kassel State Theater and a large number of other swimming pools, museums and leisure facilities in North Hesse. Additional price information:
All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!
Please note the following important information:
1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!
2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.
Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day
You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.
In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently € 2 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.
Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.
Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings - Cash payment on site is not possible!

Hallo, wer eine ruhig gelegene Wohnung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Willingen ist durch den direkt angrenzenden Wald in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, der große Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Für uns war es ein super Startpunkt zum Wandern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
