La ubicación está cercana al centro de la ciudad, está el oxxo cerca, una gasolinera y varios locales cercanos al rededor de la ubicación. Los anfitriones son amables y el lugar no es ruidoso .
No es cuestión del anfitrión si no de los huéspedes, ya que la habitación cuenta con utensilios de cocina pero se nota que algunos huéspedes han colocado utensilios sucios entre los limpios lo que impide que el anfitrión se de cuenta de estos.

La ubicación del lugar es perfecta para descansar, no hay ruido, es tranquilo y el equipamiento de la habitación facilita una buena estancia, puedes llevar tus alimentos y bebidas ya que cuenta con un gran refrigerador. Los espacios estuvieron muy limpios, amplios y aunque en la planta baja habían perritos no escuchamos ladridos en toda la noche. Nos encanto el lugar.
El agua caliente y fría en la ducha es muy dificil de regular para que salga templada, terminas desperdiciando mucha agua tratanto de no quemarte o de que no salga muy fría.
