Posto super comodo in centro a pietra,
Sinceramente la casa è vivibile per due persone . Il divano lo toglierei e mettevo un tavolo più comodo

Posizione ottima. Finalmente qualcuno che lascia un’aspirapolvere a disposizione
Alcune cose da rivedere e sistemare anche se già note probabilmente: porta del bagno rotta, box doccia che non chiude bene ed allaga il bagno, materasso scomodo perché si imbarca, piatti e bicchieri contati per cui se si vuole utilizzare la lavastoviglie una volta al giorno per ottimizzare i consumi bisogna lavare le stoviglie a mano se si è in 4.

C'era tutto ciò che è indispensabile in una casa. Perfetta la posizione e la tranquillità. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio gratuito oltre l'Aurelia raggiungibile a piedi attraverso un tunnel. Anche la possibilità dell'uso dell'ascensore è un valore aggiunto per me che soggiornavo con mia mamma di 89 anni
