This place was exceptional! Our group loved the place. Plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. The place was well maintained and the basic amenities were provided. The bonus was we can use the jetty at the back and during our stay, we were lucky to spot some dolphins in the canal.
The frying pan might need to be replaced. And I'd appreciate if the host can provide more cloth hangers in the wardrobe. This doesn't impact our experience during the stay, just some things that can improve this place further.

Location, size, view, kayaks, lots of parking, easy entry, comfy beds, provided good amount of bin liners, detergent etc
No shower downstairs, broken Venetian blinds, bbq temperamental, not enough of glasses etc for 14 people,

The property was great for us a family and having the dogs.
The kids loved being able to fish off the jetty, so that was great and my dad loved having his family together to enjoy his 70th birthday.
As a travel agent I did think it was a little overpriced to be honest.
many of my family sugffer form dust allergies and the house wasnt the cleanest especially when you looked at th shower exhaust fans, the blinds and under the beds. The BBQ wasnt great and we experienced lots of cockroaches.
