Exceptional

This is a brand new, modern building and apartment. Apartment is large and comfortable, nicely arranged and very, very clean. Hosts are very helpful and very nice. If You check distance to the beach in google maps - be aware that You can cross the railways as there are no trains going. This is a very nice shortcut to the beach and the nearest beach - Lipauska is in my opinion the best. At the moment And this amazing large balcony ! Perfect for evening. You need to wash some clothes - no problem, hosts will help. We needed to stay a bit longer - waiting for our flight - hosts were also helpful here. As for taxi - use bolt/uber.. it will save You some money on the airport, or when You want to go to Zadar. In general - I highly recommend this place, You will enjoy your stay ! Btw. Bibinje is super nice, not so croudy as Zadar and it's only 5km away, so You can take taxi and go there for the evening. Sunsets are really worth it.

Wi-fi could be better and due to distance to the main part of marina with the best restaurant, some bikes could be useful. As far as I know, hosts are working on this. As for internet - I recommend one week T-mobile flat surf offer. It works really good and is not expensive.
