Great location for my needs. Very modern and really good value

Outside smoking area wasn't cleaned for a while it seems

The property was clean and tidy and had everything you needed and was near the train station if you needed to travel.

Upon arrival we couldn’t get in the apartment as the code wouldn’t work for us to get in the building,I had to ask the lady in the pub next door to help us out and she got us in and then we had to put another code in to get in to the apartment…when entering our apartment it was so warm and stuffy and no windows had been left open and there was no air conditioning or fans provided I luckily brought my own.I went back to the car and my friend stayed in the room and several times I rang the intercom for him to let me back in the building as the code just wasn’t working outside to let me in and he didn’t get notified of the intercom when I kept ringing the room so I had to keep ringing for him to let me in.I know codes are a modern way now to get in to places but I wish they had keys instead.also couldn’t find the apartments on google maps and apparently the post code on the booking.com website is wrong…the last digit is wrong,I got told to then just put the apartments in on google maps and still couldn’t find it…this also needs rectifying,basically the pub name is the same name as the apartments and are next to each other even though the pub and the apartments are not run by the same people.

It was good value for the money. Great fridge and freezer space. We loved the decoration throughout, shower, and how comfortable the furniture was. Beds were very comfortable. Staff have been very helpful throughout my booking experience, as I was not a dab hand at sorting things out online. We had our own private parking space which was great.

Parts of the apartment weren't cleaned properly. Tissues were left in the shower tray, the bedding for the sofa bed was put on the floor in the utility room/cupboard, the cord for the overhead light in the bathroom had broke off, (took us a while to work out how to get some light on in the bathroom), the washing up cloth was not clean, there were no saucepans, the bin wouldn't shut, one bedside light didn't work.....on the Saturday we stayed the music at the pub didn't stop till late.
