Check in/ check out service was exceptionally fast, quick and convenient. Proximity to the centre of everything, beaches, restaraunts, bars. Fantastic location. Maintenance in the public areas including the pool, reception area etc were of high standards. Value for money fantastic, even with the flaws in the property I would stay there again, but not at a higher rate than I paid as I feel the property wouldnt be worth it.

Balcony in room do not open from the outside, I got locked outside, my phone was inside the apartment while the matter was resolved within 30min it should be put in the manual inside the room. Very dangerous especially for families so be aware. No batteries in tv remote, had to take batteries out from the aircon remote. Shower door needs attention, the bottom of the shower door does not connect with the main partition of the shower, only minor issue but needs to be looked at. Towels wouldnt be of best quality, so I'd advise have your own. Wifi issue in the room, had to wait one day to get it repaired. Again minor issue and the lady that sorted the problem was very good, quick and efficient. While there are many pool areas, there was only one adults pool open and the kids pool. All slides were not in operation, again the time of year they are closed but with great weather and it being may I would like to see them open at an earlier time of year.
