overall design Mattress was comfy Good location
self service check in was made difficult when we arrived and our bed was not made. Over the next hour and lots of waiting for responses, we were guided to the self service linen closet. Later we were informed we could move into a different room, but this was after an hour of trying to already sort the issue. lacked character/decorations seen in photos, the room was sparse cutlery/crockery in kitchenette wasn’t particularly clean

Everything was very nice and clean.
The Parking garage was a bit hard to spot the first time. The showerhead-holder in room 409 is a bit loosen and slides down the pole on its own. It was hard to find some cutlery when we ordered food one evening.

Easy to move around from!
The location was absolutely amazing. Easy to get around from by bus or tram. The bus is in front of the hotel while the tram is a short walk. The hotel is right next to a shopping center with two supermarkets and a nice food area. The check-in online was straight-forward and with the room code, you can arrive at any time. Simply follow the signs to get to the room. There is an easy to use combi-oven in the room, a kettle and a coffeemachin, the TV had a nice amount of channels and there are many public facilities you could use if you'd like to.
- more a warning to others: the coffee from the machine in the room gets really hot, so do not accidentally touch it as it comes out of the machine. - the breakfast is fine, but doesn't change much during the week, so if you are staying for several days, it gets monotonous
