About this house rental
Quiet Nights Retreat is a comfortable recently updated 3 bedroom home with a loft games room and large covered deck, complete with brand new hot tub, overlooking a wooded valley. The home is located on the hillside of a private 1 acre lot with plenty of level parking. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people, with 3 bedrooms (2 spacious kings and 1 queen) and 2 full size rollaway beds. We offer free WiFi and Roku Smart TVs are available in the main floor living room and all bedrooms.
LARGE COVERED DECK
- Wooded lot with seasonal valley views. Enjoy watching the leaves change color in fall.
- Brand new 6-person hot tub with LED waterfall and lounger.
- Multiple outdoor seating options, including 2 adirondack chairs and outdoor lounge set.
- Gas grill.
MAIN FLOOR LIVING SPACE
- 59 inch Roku Smart TV in the living room. Sign in to your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ etc).
- Remote operated gas fireplace with automatic shut-off timer (6 hours).
- Wide selection of board and card games available for family game nights in front of the fireplace.
- Vaulted ceilings and open loft above give the living room a wide open feel.
KITCHEN AND DINING
- Cook at home with our fully stocked kitchen, including stainless cookware set, knife block, cooking utensils, blender, dutch oven, toaster, kettle, and more.
- Coffee bar complete with Keurig machine and Ninja Drip Coffee Maker.
- Large fridge/freezer with built-in filtered water and ice machine.
- New stainless steel dishwasher.
- Large farmhouse style dining table with seating and plates, bowls, flatware etc. for 8.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this home during the holidays. The home was exactly as pictured and described and provided all the amenities needed for a great stay. The location was superb and we were 15 minutes and a easy drive to Gatlinburg and around 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Phone service was somewhat of an issue during the stay. I carry two phones, one which is an ATT and the other is through Verizon. Verizon was the only one that had reliable service for text and calls. Also, I recommend that you set your gps before leaving the house.
