Finished with knotty pine throughout, the main floor boasts cavernous, vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams, and a central wood-burning fireplace providing a cozy ambiance. The spacious island kitchen has a full suite of major appliances, including a dishwasher, and all the utensils needed for easy home cooking. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Check-in was easy.When arriving at the house, look for the sign at the bottom of the driveway as it is hidden in the woods.The house had plenty of space and came with everything we needed during our stay.The location was fantastic as we could drive to Clayton within 25 minutes or Hiawassee within 20 minutes.Plenty or hiking near by, access to multiple lakes, plenty of restaurants & shops nearby as well.

Ths house is not lake front but convenient to the lake. I was able to get my boat in the garage at night which I appreciated. It’s not super easy unless your vehicle and truck are small. I could not use the wrap around driveway but backing in and out was fine. House is a little dated but had a new grill and the basics you need. Quiet and relaxing. Key code was a little hard to use.

Veery spacious but a bit rundown. Kithchen was well equipped. There are no doors to the bathroom in the master, very stranger. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
