You will be able to enjoy the many activities offered by the Domaine and the beautiful Portneuf region, while being only 25 minutes away from romantic Quebec City. Come sweeten your soul and spirit in your Marie-Clementine de Portneuf!

1 - OUTDOOR activities AT PROFUSION nearby!
The Bras-du-Nord Valley (20 min from the chalet) is a pure outdoor destination! When you think of mountain biking in Quebec, its name naturally comes to mind! 100 km of "singletrack" mountain biking, from beginner to advanced.
In addition, it offers one of the most extensive networks of hiking trails in Quebec. With its 80 km of developed and marked trails, a wide range of choices is available to you depending on your level and the type of hike you desire.
Finally, the Bras-du-Nord River offers a beautiful territory for canoeing and kayaking, the Valley's pioneer family activity. You will come across fine sandy beaches along the way, allowing you to dock if necessary and enjoy the sumptuous scenery. A 17.5 km escapade to be explored!
Golf lovers, discover Le Grand Portneuf, a magnificent 27-hole course adjacent to the Domaine! Bordered by the Portneuf River and set in a landscape of valleys and hills: a natural beauty.
Come and discover the beauty of this beautiful region!
All the details concerning these activities will be given to you before your arrival.
Not to mention that you are only 25 minutes from Quebec City: stores, boutiques, restaurants, architecture, Old Quebec, etc.

2 - A domain offering an inspiring environment for TAKING IT EASY while enjoying COMMON FACILITIES, just like at the hotel
The Domaine du Grand Portneuf is an exceptional resort to get away and recharge your batteries. After a walk along the shaded paths leading to the Portneuf River, enjoy the heated pool or relax in the all-season sauna and jacuzzi. Then, enjoy "l'apéro" in the central hall while playing a game of pool before retiring to the privacy of your cottage.**
Please be advised that this is not a hotel and that there are no employees on site to welcome you or answer your specific requests.
The pool is operational from June to September inclusively, while the hot tub and sauna are open all year round :)
3 - A LIVELY, MODERN and COMFORTABLE villa
Whether you are relaxing in the living room by the fire or around the large kitchen counter with your guests, you will enjoy the lively atmosphere of this refined cottage. The intimacy and comfort are optimal for long stays. Indeed, the 2 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable Queen size beds and each has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. In addition, 2 folding beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to 4 children.

- WIRELESS INTERNET high speed 120 Mbps !
- Cable TV (Radio-Canada, TVA Sports, RDS...) and SMART TV in the living room allowing for NETFLIX, YouTube, Chromecast and other apps
- Warm and romantic gas stove in the living room
- Wall-mounted air conditioning unit
- Well-equipped kitchen with DISHWASHER, hybrid Keurig and filter coffee machine, fondue dish... and plenty of work space to cook on the luxurious granite countertop
- Large dining table for 8 people
- Sofa-bed in the living room and 2 folding single beds, however we only recommend them for children... Besides, some equipment for children are offered: playpen, high chair and dishes
- Washer and dryer: very practical when staying several days ;-)
- Large covered patio (therefore protected from bad weather) with 4 season BBQ, patio set and your hot tub in the private backyard

It is essential that you know that the property is located near a busy road. We can therefore hear the traffic, mainly during the day. However, you will notice that the asking price (which is more than reasonable) for this elegant home takes this factor into account. Nevertheless, if you are allergic to noise, this cottage is not for you. This is what we call being both far and close to civilization ;-)
Services and other attractions nearby:
- IGA supermarket 7 minutes away in downtown Pont-Rouge
- Dozens of restaurants less than 10 minutes away in downtown Pont-Rouge
- Moulin Marcoux (cultural center - concert hall) 5 minutes away

My husband and I had a most enjoyable stay at this property. We especially loved the overall cleanliness of the chalet and having the hot tub to soak in after a long day in the city. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at La Marie’ -Clementine while on a trip to Quebec. We could have stayed closer to the city, but we appreciated the size of the home, and the quietness of being in the countryside. We had everything we needed during our stay. The hot tub was perfect for soaking our tired legs after full days of exploring Quebec.

We stay in a few of the chalets in the same community, this one stands out as one of the best, kitchen is well stocked, location is very convenient, and the owner provided two child beds that’s foldable but comfortable. The gas fireplace produce very good heat, good for very cold weather in Quebec City during winter. Highly recommended!

We hated to leave. A perfect spot to relax in comfort yet near enough to Quebec to explore the City at leisure assuming you have a vehicle. The unit has everything you’d need for a relaxing stay including the lovely grounds with beautiful hikes near the river. We had to force ourselves out to explore! It shows pride of ownership to the max! Everything is perfect down to the last detail and the owners are totally responsive . We could not have asked for a lovelier stay anywhere.
