Tout ! L'emplacement est idéal car directement sur l'Allee de la Flânerie, mais sans avoir le bruit de la rue car la terrasse donne côté parking. La climatisation est un vrai plus en cette période. La décoration intérieure est jolie et moderne, et là mezzanine a beaucoup de charme. Les animaux sont autorisés ce qui est top, et les propriétaires et le service conciergerie ont été vraiment gentils de me laisser l'accès à l'appartement plus longtemps que prévu. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Joli appartement très bien placé, tout peut se faire à pied. Aménagement pratique et simple. Super échange avec le propriétaire et la personne sur place.
Peut être prévenir que le parking en bas sert juste à décharger car toujours plein à craquer. Et je n’avais pas fait attention qu’il n’y avait pas de lave linge. Propreté : appartement propre sauf casseroles.
