Molto bello l’appartamento, si vede ristrutturato da poco, pulito e ben tenuto.
La posizione è un po’ scomoda vista la distanza dal mare, e le scale sono costruite in modo sbagliato per arrivare ai piani più alti perché si rischia di cadere o inciampare.
