Great location near the centre of Leek. Nearly everything you need in the property. Comfortable and relatively quiet, given location.

We had a lovely long weekend 6 adults over two apartments, in a fantastic central location .

The location was perfect, having more than one apartment meant we could be with family without being in each others space . The ground floor apartment was perfect for ambient disabilities, only two steps to main door .

Absolutely nothing to put the property down for , it’s the first time we haven’t had milk put in the fridge . ( first thing you want is a cuppa on arrival) you usually get a welcome something at this price point . Coffee is obviously left from previous visitors because it was rock hard…… but I am nit picking emergency coffee or hot chocolate sachets would added brownie points Unfortunately the lift was out of order so I couldn’t visit the kids upstairs…. I think they were grateful for that though

The location was very central with easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The bedrooms were at the back of the property away from any potential noise from passing traffic. It was also nice clean and modern. The host was friendly and very accommodating

Really enjoyed our stay. Felt very relaxed and it was like a home from home. Would recommend.

We needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights after a decision to make a last minute trip to Alton Towers for the May bank holiday weekend. We have 2 boys aged 15 and 12 and the apartment provided exactly what we needed. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. Also loved the decor!! Access to streaming services like Netflix etc allowed us to relax once boys were settled for the night. Good location, about 20 mins drive from Alton Towers with a co-op at the end of the street for breakfast essentials and choice of an Indian and Italian restaurant across the street. We booked a table at the Napoli Italian restaurant and it was very tasty and the staff were very friendly. It was a busy bank holiday weekend so we pre booked to make sure we got a table. Communication from the owner of the property, Jo, was clear and comprehensive which made access to the property straight forward. Boys are already asking to go back to Alton Towers next year, if we do, I’ll certainly be checking availability to rebook before looking elsewhere.

Just be aware the apartment is on the top floor of the building, there is a lift but could still be problematic if you have mobility issues. Parking can also be a bit tricky. Leek was very busy on the Saturday, think this was due to the Leek Arts festival with lots happening over the bank holiday weekend. It was much easier to get parked on the Sunday.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation with excellent facilities and great location.

A clean and accessible apartment with access by lift or stairs on the 4th floor. Panoramic views over the town and surrounding hills.

The key pad on the outside was difficult to open, though I managed it after several tries. The desk in the corner of the main room was wobbly when I sat there to work on my laptop. It eventually tilted when the rear leg fell off. It was just propped there... Needs gluing back on. The TV took a long time to start up on the internet. Though this was a problem of the service available - a weak signal.

Beautiful apartment but noisy neighbours

Lovely modern and clean, lovely garden area with table and chairs

Extremely noisy, can hear every footstep from apartment above, can hear neighbours talking and it echos through the apartment through the night and it's so loud, kept us all awake. It's the only problem we had as the apartment itself was beautiful

The apartment is absolutely stunning, so comfy and cosy. It was super easy to find thanks to the directions emailed by the host. Great location with plenty food places and shops to hand. The host seemed lovely whenever spoke with through email. Will defo book here again

Excellent property within a short distance of Alton Towers

Excellent modern Apartment with a small garden area at a reasonable price within a short distance of Alton Towers. The Town Leek has everything you need including several supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, takeaways etc. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment would be the first place we would want to book if we returned to Alton Towers.

Lovely stay convenient for Peak District & Alton Towers.

Good communication from hosts, no problems with keys / access. Apartment was modern & clean. Good location, quiet but also close to the town centre. Off street parking outside the building or on surrounding roads.

Kitchen crockery / utensils could be better equipped. Dining / living room space is cozy but adequate. Bed mattresses a bit soft.

Pleasant

Very clean and comfortable. Beds were lovely and comfortable, beautiful linen. kitchen was well equiped. There was a washing machine but no clothes line.

The lift did not work- we had to lug up four floors two suitcases, the wifi was mediocre (Netflix lagged and we had trouble working on the laptop), the neighbours were incredibly loud (they came home in the middle of the night slamming doors, banging on doors, screaming at someone to let them in at 1am), the walls were very thin (one night at 1am someone woke me as they were vomiting and I could clearly hear it)

The apartment was perfect, just like the pictures! The beds were comfy, everything we needed was available for us and it was nice and spacious enough for four women to stay comfortably!

Very convenient for family wedding. Very clean and well equipped and the owner was quick to respond to any queries and quickly tried to rectify any problems.

Sadly our shower temperature control was broken and so the shower was scalding. The owner quickly replied to my query and said we could use another vacant flat. Unfortunately the toilet was broken in that one and so we ended up going between the 2 flats. However the owner was very apologetic and refunded us one night's stay. Sadly the people in a neighbouring flat above us were very noisy and it was disturbing.

The property was in a good location Close to the town centre.

The room with twin beds were a poor quality and uncomfortable. The other bug bear was the TV, it had no signal due to no Ariel connection. That needs to be addressed.
