Great location. Everything was as advertised. Nice to have some tea and coffee provided to get you started.
We have stayed in apartments in this building quite a few times and the lift has never worked. Being on the top floor with children and bags can be challenging.

Lovely comfy and clean apartment with plenty of space. Stayed with my sister and our 2 daughters and there was plenty of room for all of us. Instructions for getting in/parking were very clear and helpful.
Coop is less then a minutes walk away so able to stock up on essentials.
We stayed for 2 nights so we could visit Alton Towers and location was perfect - approx 20 minute drive.
Issues connecting the tele to the WiFi so had to use the phones hotspot. Not a.major issue at all as we wernt in much and had no.problems connecting the phones. We were forewarned about the issue from the hosts as well.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay and couldn't have been happier with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the local area while still being peaceful and quiet.

Very clean and comfortable. Beds were lovely and comfortable, beautiful linen. kitchen was well equiped. There was a washing machine but no clothes line.
The lift did not work- we had to lug up four floors two suitcases, the wifi was mediocre (Netflix lagged and we had trouble working on the laptop), the neighbours were incredibly loud (they came home in the middle of the night slamming doors, banging on doors, screaming at someone to let them in at 1am), the walls were very thin (one night at 1am someone woke me as they were vomiting and I could clearly hear it)
