Spacious cottage in fantastic location
A lovely spacious cottage in a fantastic location. Walking distance to upper Fishguard with it's pubs, restaurants and shops and also to the beautiful lower Fishguard with it's harbour. Marine walk is right by the cottage too. It was excellent value for the size and convenient location too. Very clean and comfortable. Great that our dog was welcome too. Plenty of space on the road to park.

Loved the cosy feel of Thorn Cottage, home from home!
We had a wonderful Christmas in Thorn Cottage. So cosy and welcoming, plenty of space everywhere inside and out for the children to explore. The garden is beautiful and safe. The Cottage has everything you need and more. The host 'Ron' came and introduced himself to make sure we were comfortable. Shops, pubs and takeaways all within walking distance. Loved it and would definitely recommend.

A pleasant stay but, as an older couple, we found only having a ground floor bathroom was quite inconvenient.
Decorated up for Christmas when we arrived. All rooms lovely and warm. Clean.
Not having an upstairs loo.

Great value spacious home from home
Spacious comfortable cottage, with large conservatory patio. We went in winter, but the cottage would be fabulous in summer with the outside space. Very clean, with all mod cons. Very pet friendly, hard floors throughout, and enclosed patio garden. 50 yards to the Marine Walk to Goodwick, and 50 yards to a small beach area with a concrete walkway to Lower Fishguard. 5 minutes walk (uphill!) to Fishguard Town. Excellent value, perfect for a group of friends or a family, plenty of space and different sitting areas so you are not on top of each other. Owner next door if you need anything.
Mattresses and bedding not the highest quality, but fine for a few nights. The patio garden has a wall of about 3ft 6", with a big drop the other side, so caution required with adventurous children and dogs.

Beautiful location, lovely hosts, charming clean comfortable cottage with everything you need for your holiday. Friendly locals and good pubs, restaurants. Stunning coastline views and walks. Very dog friendly.

Very spacious for 4 people. Great conservatory and outdoor space. Right on coast path.

It was very spacious - had a large terrace to sit out on - was a very quiet location even though the town was only a few minutes away !
