In general room was good, 2 doors with 2 keys(1 door shared with neighbor, 1 personal), private bathroom, kitchen with full cooking stuff, 2 bottle of water in the fridge, NO EXTRA FEE NEDED, very comfortable bed with clear bed sheets, great facilities (gym, indoor tennis court, 2 swimming pools, 1 children playground, halal and non halal bbq zones), security works 24/7, clean in shared areas such as lobby and etc., room has EVERYTHING in it (even extra toilet paper) lot of thanks for this

At first there was little dust on table and hairs on the floor, used shave in the bathroom, small bugs on table, 2-3 cockroaches (however, there was a special cockroach spray, which is definitely useful and work. They all died after several "cleaning" sessions)

This is the second time that we have stayed in this apartment. The apartment is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Also, the apartment was easy to get to and close to KLIA, which makes it ideal during a stopover at KL. We will be happy to stay at the apartment again. Highly recommended.

Het verblijf ligt erg handig vlak bij de luchthaven en de communicatie met de eigenaars via WhatsApp was snel en vlot. Het bed lag goed en de kamer was op zich comfortabel

Helaas liet de hygiëne wat te wensen over. Er lag nog haar op de grond en in de klerenkast, de badkamervloer was vuil en er hing een muffe geur in de kamer. Ook vonden we een gebruikt scheermesje op het raampje van de badkamer, wat de indruk gaf dat er niet grondig werd schoongemaakt. Dat was jammer, zeker omdat ik dit verblijf net gekozen had omwille van de positieve reviews over de netheid. Met wat meer aandacht voor schoonmaak zou dit een erg aangename plek kunnen zijn.
