Great location, size of property, looks exactly as it does in the photos. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The property is in a residential block so it was very peaceful and quiet. Communication with hosts was excellent. They kindly, upon arrangement, allowed us to leave our luggage earlier than check in, so we could look around Santa Pola. Any time I messaged them they responded quickly and positively. We tried some of their restaurant recommendations and they were excellent.
The property was great, the facilities were great. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Great location. Smart apartment central to everything you need in Santa Pola. Helpful host.
Small shower cubicle - needs a shelf for bottles
No bread knife - sounds silly to comment on this but we couldn’t cut fresh bread!
Lack of pillows - only two in main bedroom. Had to take a second from spare room
Towels were scratchy & smelled a bit musty.
Great for a couple & maybe kids but personally I think it would be cramped for 4 adults.
Lift was old in style & dropped a little once it reached the floor. We took the stairs mostly!

In a superb position virtually on the promenade . Easy access to bars,restaurants and supermarkets. On top floor so not much noise from neighbours. Kitchen well fitted out. Washing machine provided.

Complimentary bottle of wine in fridge plus milk and some coffee pods.
Shower a little small for comfort. Also needs a shelf for toiletries as it’s difficult to bend down to the floor when you reach a certain age!
Toilet brush needs replacement.Oven needs a clean.
However the above points wouldn’t deter us from staying again.
