    The room has a weird awful smell. There is $30 incidental fee charged to my account but it has not been reversed until today. Be careful with this additional charge. The staff has not been helpful caused so much in inconvenience at this hotel. The manager was rude. He hang up the phone on me couple times. Bad service. Moved to another hotel and the process was much smoother. No fuss & easy.
