Location very convenient. The bed was very comfortable.

The carpet in the room had pet stain, and it could’ve been cleaner. Also, it was a smell in the room, like rotten onion.

I really loved the room. It was large and I loved the sectional couch and the kitchenette with a large island. Super comfortable and very stylish.

The check-in area of the lobby wasn’t very stylish. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast area was very nice though.

Staff was very accommodating and understanding of our group of 17. It was the day after Christmas, we had 4 rooms; 2 adjoining, they made sure we were all next to each other, they allowed us to use the lobby for games, they even kept the breakfast buffet open until 11am which was super nice!

Pool is smaller which wasn't the issue, but for the size, we expected it to be heated.

Facility is cheaply built. The shower soor leaked, the toilet seat almost alipped off the top of the toilet, the a/c buzzed, and the pillows lost their shape immediately.

Great stay in Ann Arbor

Very much liked free guest laundry with three new large front-loading LG washers plus three LG dryers. Fabulous! Also the size of the room, with large island in center near kitchenette. Furnishings were nice. Free breakfast was tasty with good selection.

Positive, yet not extraordinary

The gym is small, but efficient. The rooms are overall nice and sufficiently big.

The breakfast is really terrible. Once arrived, a lady at the reception did not make a very good first impression (the behaviour was rather annoying and not welcoming at all - the rest of the staff though was particularly nice). A big issue of the structure is its position and absence of connections to the city center (without a car is practically impossible to move around).

Was tired and sleepy for 4 nights due to guests above my room making noise till 3am.

Breakfast n location n kitchen.

I didn't like that for my last 4 nights that the guests above me were making noise (sounded like moving furnitures around) from approximately 12 to 3 am. I called the lobby on night 2. It stopped then continued. I called night 3. The noise stopped when Front desk worker went to inform them to be quiet - then started a few minutes later till 3am. I called night 4. this time when the worker went to them, they stopped the noise by 1am.

Awful

Nothing about the stay was good. It was an awful experience. Staff was very rude and awkward. I had to wait for an hour before they decided to give me a room using their key as their system was down. They could have done this earlier. They greeted another family like they were friends, offered to get pizza for them. After I was in my room, a staff opened the door using a key card and then very awkwardly tried to explain himself. They then gave me a key card after .

The new rooms that Hilton has designed is awful, feels cold and uninviting, lighting is awful, feels cold and aloof. Staying there was a horrible experience. Carpets felt sticky, bed cover was very rough

Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location at an affordable price.

Location was great. Easy in/out, easy to get downtown, plenty of parking. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious with small kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, microwave, 2 burner stove top, toaster. Full size fridge with freezer. Sitting area with large TV. Great location for a longer stay.

Bed was a bit too firm for my comfort. For a brand new build, it seems like they cut some corners as there was already quite a bit of wear and tear, our window leaked during a heavy rainfall, and there was what looked like mold in the pool area near the towel cart.

Good stay but housekeeping needs to do better.

We liked the location to campus and the room with all its amenities

I didn't like the pubic hairs in shower from previous person and the mostly empty shampoo and conditioner bottles. Plus house keeping couldn't even change the empty shower gel container out but just left a bottle sitting in shower.
