Excellent place to stay for a skiing trip.

The apartment has been nicely decorated and furnished and is clean and modern. It has everything necessary for a short stay. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the bunks were full size, suitable for an adult on the lower bunk. Bedlinen was crisp and clean and of good quality. The view from the balcony is lovely. Access to the ski slopes was good, but only if you exit and re-enter the building via the fire escape door at level 11, from where you can walk to ski lifts in about 5 minutes. If you leave the building at the main entrance on level 2, it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk up the road to the ski lifts. There are ski lockers to hire at the main lift station which are very useful. Car parking at the accommodation was plentiful and safe.

The bathroom needs a little TLC. The shower fitting and shower screen were functional but broken and the shower screen and toilet bowl were not very clean. There is a helpful note for guests inside the apartment but it could usefully be expanded to include instructions about using the hob (we couldn’t turn it on without instructions from the host!) and also how / where to dispose of refuse. The listing describes the accommodation as a one bedroom apartment but it doesn’t have a bedroom. It is a studio apartment with all sleeping and living in the same space. That was not a problem for us but the listing should be accurate.

Buongiorno, solitamente non lasciamo recensioni se non positive, purtroppo questa volta la situazione si è allontanata talmente tanto dai nostri standard che ci sembra giusto segnalare quello che a nostro avviso è una pessima pubblicità per il turismo italiano. Dopo aver prenotato (quasi due mesi d'anticipo) ho inviato richiesta speciale di check in tra le 12/13.30. Sono stato contattato alle 8.30 del giorno stesso dell' arrivo con questo messaggio: “L’appartamento sarà pronto per le 15 al massimo, non appena disponibile comunque le telefono per metterci d’accordo per la consegna chiavi” nessuno mi ha mai telefonato e l'appartamento sarà pronto dopo le 15. Ovviamente sono costretto a cambiare i miei piani, rispondo che arriverò più tardi ma mi viene fatto notare che la proprietaria è una madre e deve andare a prendere i figli a scuola. Al suo posto ci sarà una signora gentilissima… La signora gentilissima non ci ha spiegato nulla e quasi mi chiedeva generalità e documenti (che nessuno mai mi chiederà e credo sia illegale) ci ha fatto parcheggiare nel piazzale a -25 su suggerimento dei proprietari che urlando scrivono sulla locandina GRATUITO PARCHEGGIO( il giorno dopo c'era magicamente un posto al coperto gratis, evidentemente erano riservati per le macchine ghiacciate), ci ha fatto trasportare valigie e attrezzature per mezz’ora ridacchiando, senza dirci che si poteva usare l’area carico e scarico. Non ci ha spiegato strade, servizi o assolutamente nulla. Ovvio che non era il suo lavoro, io però ho pagato per un'accoglienza, la signora proprietaria se vuole lavorare (bene) dovrebbe anche organizzarsi coi figli come facciamo tutti e accogliere i clienti o almeno far sì che venga fatto nel migliore dei modi. Fortunatamente un signore alla reception, purtroppo non presente al nostro arrivo, il secondo giorno quando la macchina non partiva, ci ha aiutato con i cavi e offerto il parcheggio all’interno.

1 la vista viene definita “mozzafiato” non lo è, sarebbe corretto solo“panoramica”, così è una scorrettezza semantica. 2 troverete “ogni comfort", credo che forse il concetto di comfort si sia fermato al 1986. 3 scrivete che siete alle prime armi, non funziona così se volete fare gli onesti scrivetelo prima di prendere i soldi. 4 11 pagine per dare 10 info e un servizio completamente assente… non un consiglio, non un sentiero che magari parte da sotto casa, non un consiglio argomentato (vai dai maestri) o una convenzione, niente servizi. Che turismo avete in mente, quello dove devo ringraziarvi per prendere i miei soldi? 5 check in nulla, check out nulla, mai visto nessuno, magari anche Messina Denaro è stato qui. 6 mi rendo conto che 100 euro a notte non siano molto, non è questo però che può giustificare un approccio così carente.
