Il monolocale e’ pulito, ordinato, con mobili nuovi, pavimento nuovo, un bel terrazzino con vista sulle montagne. 10 e lode!
Va tutto bene ! non e’ una baita, si capisce, personalmente amo l’ingegneria civile quindi questa struttura l’ho trovata interessante anche sotto il profilo architettonico.Ha destato il nostro interesse ed incuriosito il funzionamento in diagonale dell’ascensore. 😍

La "caccia al tesoro" per trovare l'appartamento è carinissima.. L'assistenza di Jessica e Cristian ottima. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione incantevole da dove si gode di un'ottima visuale. Bella la grande finestra che si apre su un ampio balcone. Senza nulla togliere all'utilizzo invernale, forse, la struttura è più orientata per il soggiorno estivo. Comunque calda e accogliente.
Bello trovare una bottiglia d'acqua in fresco, cioccolatini di benvenuto e l'occorrente per la prima colazione del giorno successivo all'arrivo (oltre a; caffè, miele, marmellata, fette biscottate aggiungete delle bustine di tè!).

Personalmente ho trovato delle piccole criticità. Senza nulla togliere alla bontà della struttura ma solo per aiutare a migliorare l'offerta, Ve le voglio segnalare.
Jessica e Cristian..! nel corridoio, dovete far sostituire le lampadine fulminate davanti la porta d'ingresso, è una questione di sicurezza, non si vede nulla!
In cucina, nell'ampia dotazione, aggiungerei un canavaccio, molto utile per chi usa la cucina.

The apartment has been nicely decorated and furnished and is clean and modern. It has everything necessary for a short stay. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the bunks were full size, suitable for an adult on the lower bunk. Bedlinen was crisp and clean and of good quality. The view from the balcony is lovely. Access to the ski slopes was good, but only if you exit and re-enter the building via the fire escape door at level 11, from where you can walk to ski lifts in about 5 minutes. If you leave the building at the main entrance on level 2, it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk up the road to the ski lifts. There are ski lockers to hire at the main lift station which are very useful. Car parking at the accommodation was plentiful and safe.
The bathroom needs a little TLC. The shower fitting and shower screen were functional but broken and the shower screen and toilet bowl were not very clean.
There is a helpful note for guests inside the apartment but it could usefully be expanded to include instructions about using the hob (we couldn’t turn it on without instructions from the host!) and also how / where to dispose of refuse.
The listing describes the accommodation as a one bedroom apartment but it doesn’t have a bedroom. It is a studio apartment with all sleeping and living in the same space. That was not a problem for us but the listing should be accurate.
