place was bit run down inside and out , cracks and dents in wall , and some decent pillows !!!

The location is great for Polzeath, Daymer Bay and the SW coastal path (10 min walk). Loved that the property was dog friendly and in a quiet section of the complex.
The lack of a high chair in a family friendly property. We were directed to a baby equipment hire company by Sykes cottages, £35 for the week. If the owner invested £20 for this, it would save hassle for families travelling a long distance. We didn't have access to the tennis court like we thought we would, information in welcome pack outdated. Sykes cottage didn't respond to my request for a late checkout.
