Relax with the whole family at Sea La Vie, a peaceful and cozy 2000 SQFT lakefront oasis during your stay. The house is located in the highly desirable Eastwood Island community. It is 45 minutes from Downtown Dallas and It is centrally located within minutes from Main Street with many restaurants, supermarkets and retail centers.
THE SPACE:
This updated water front home is perfect for family retreat or get together with friends; it features 3BR/3BA, 2 living areas and sleeps 10. 70 inch smart TV in the living room, 55 inch smart TV in primary bedroom. Blazing fast internet / wifi, a beautifully stocked kitchen w/ coffee bar and updated amenities. Open living space with vaulted ceiling and stunning views of open waters. Primary bedroom is located upstairs with it's own ensuite bath and access of balcony with stunning view of the lake. 2 additional guest bedrooms along with 2 full baths are located downstairs. Relax in the large backyard and enjoy outdoor cooking and dining. Guests love our firepit for marshmallow roasting and the dock is perfect for fishing. Come and enjoy the lake life as we have all the lake toys for your convenience. When you are done playing outdoors, come inside and have a game of shuffleboard or enjoy many board games inside the house.

No parking on the street or neighbor's lawns. Kayaks and life vests are available to use at your own risk. No fireworks allowed. Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Driver's License after booking. Minimum age of primary renter: 25. Refundable Security Deposit required: $500. Cancellation refunds (if applicable) are subject to reduction for any booking platform service fees, commissions and/or credit card processing fees that are charged on the booking.

This is the first time I have ever written about a place that I have stayed. I must say that this property exceeded my expectation. The house has been tastefully decorated and is in great condition. I believe that Jenny and Chris have been great listeners and their property is thus reflected. At every turn, there is another surprise -- phone chargers by each bed, bidets on the water closets, wifi all over the house, great TV, board games and great grill on the deck, three walk-in showers with soap and shampoo (8 folks and we never ran out of hot water), not to mention a washer and dryer. The towels and linens are luxurious and abundant. The kitchen has everything you need, except food, and the fridge was even stocked with water bottles. We were concerned about the low water level in the lake, but that turned out to be a blessing. We enjoyed using the floating dock pad and were able to stand on the bottom well clear of the docks and play on SUPs and kayaks for hours at a time. It was really hot outside in the 100's during the day, but the air conditioning inside was more than adequate and provided a really comfortable atmosphere both night and day. There is also a pretty good size yard in the back to play games on. Jenny and Chris are excellent communicators, responding to our questions and concerns promptly. They even have an app they call the "guidebook" for their property which is very informative. We had a great time here!!
