This villa is in the heart of Fort Lauderdale situated just outside the vibrant neighborhood of Victoria Park, near Fort Lauderdale beach, Fat Village, Downtown and the world-famous Las Olas Boulevard!

House is beautiful. Very clean. Close to the beach and Las Olas. Very safe neighborhood. My challenge was the day before my email with directions didnt include house number door lock number or phone numbers for managers. I re emailed. I got no response at all. I found phone number from initial listing. That person was unavailable for a couple hours. Finally the hour before arrival. I got a call with the numbers needed. Home is very good for ultra techy people. We had to call to get directions to operate the TV. 1 TV in bedroom was not connected. I didnt find the pool until day 2. I had thought the yard was fenced in. It is mostly, but cant take the dog off leash.
