About this house rental

Spacious smart home with attached 2X garage - great for groups, families, and workers. 3 TV (40/49/70") entertainment centers with WIFI/air channels. Foam mattress beds, 2 foam sofa sleepers, and 2 air mattresses. Pedestal charcoal grill and tools (new). Open area 2nd floor with desk, printer, kitchen, and patio. Lots of cookware and silverware. Free coffee. Drive 9 min to DT and convention center. Walk 10 min to dining/music in Fountain Square.

We were in town to watch the Lions demolish the Colts, which they did. The house was a great hangout spot. 2nd floor was the main place to be. Big room, big couches, kitchen and table all in one big room. That's what we like when it's a few of us together. Most of the bedrooms are up on the third floor while the ground floor had a couch and a bathroom. Since we didn't use the ground floor really, that bathroom was a nice out of the way spot for bathroom usage. Neighborhood seems newly gentrified. Mix of weird house and hew stuff. Never felt unsafe, though I would not try to walk to downtown or anything. We ubered whenever we went somewhere. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood at night. Very nice. Unless you have a compact car, don't plan to use the garage for parking. Street/driveway was fine though. Great place for an Indy trip!
