The Sand Dollar II Building is undergoing a property-wide restoration project from mid-August 2025 till projected completion in March 2026. During this time, we are offering discounted rates on reservations. Please be advised that there will be construction activity, with impacts varying by unit/timeframe. Sand Dollar 2-202 is an updated second floor oceanfront unit with gorgeous ocean views. The private balcony is accessible from the living room and Master bedroom, which both showcase direct views of the ocean.

It was a great condo and perfect view of the beach. The storm shutters came in clutch for us when we put the kiddos down for nap time.The only thing to keep mind is that we had to call Coastal Realty to confirm the condo and pay for the rest of the balance. We didn’t know we had to do that. It didn’t say anything in the booking that we had to do that either. We even sent a message through VRBO and it went unanswered.Other than that, it was great!
