It is located in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by magnificent hiking trails, yet just a short distance from all amenities: shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Vigo is only 17 km away, and numerous beaches are just a 15-minute drive away.
The original building dates back to 1930 and was purchased in a state of disrepair by a famous Spanish actress, who commissioned a complete restoration. Today, both the interior and exterior retain the cozy and somewhat theatrical atmosphere that characterizes the home’s style.
As for the layout, it consists of a two-story main building plus an attic level and two single-story annexes.
The first floor features the common areas and a bathroom. The upper floors house the sleeping quarters, with four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to eight people.
