Ease of checking in and out, fully furnished kitchen and a very friendly lady on the phone when I called about a maintenance issue.

Only issue we had was going to close the blinds as the sun set and the entire blind came down. Apparently someone broke it and just pearched it on its mounts. No problem, can't expect maintenance to fix something they didn't know about.
