Very clean, beautiful outdoor space, stunning views nice kitchen, comfy bed, looks newly renovated, we especially loved the welcoming bottle of wine. Bed was comfortable aswell, we would definitely recommend this place. Very romantic getaway. Well stocked kitchen.

Check in was difficult, firstly, you have to carry your luggage over rocks to reach the gate (there are some stairs, but they only go half way up) we did not mind, but keep that in mind. Secondly, check in was confirmed for 3pm. We arrived at 5pm and cleaning was still on going - we had to wait outside with our luggage for 10 minutes. The shower floods the little bathroom, some mop would be nice to dry the floor afterwards.

Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, πολύ προσεγμένος και άνετος, με όμορφη διακόσμηση και όλες τις παροχές που χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, με υπέροχη θέα και ησυχία για χαλάρωση. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι, ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Συνολικά, μια πραγματικά ευχάριστη και ποιοτική εμπειρία διαμονής.

In autumn 2025 we spent two weeks at Casa Mainotti; all rooms were found clean, and we spent nice holidays at the Mani.

However, rental communication is somehow by remote email management, whereas the object would need some more attention by its landlord. The balcony on the First Floor that points directly west does not feature any sunshade, i.e. no balcony awning nor parasol. More, there are no deck chairs, neither on the balcony nor on any terrace. The upholstery of the balcony chairs is faded, torn and worn out and would need to be replaced. In the living room, the floor lamp to be seen on some photos is not present so it can't provide some warm light and the ceiling light needs to be switched on. The kitchen equipment would have to be checked for its practical suitability for basic cooking. We did not find a can opener nor the advertised toaster, but a sandwich maker. The kitchen sink drain is broken and cannot be closed. This way, the sink cannot be filled with water. The bathroom shower is open on one corner, no curtain or door. This causes the floor to flood every time you shower. We are sure that improvements are already planned before the start of the next season.
