Location ok

Location was ok. Easy walk to metro, cafes and supermarket. We did walk to most tourist attractions and were willing to walk about an hour each way to places such as Eiffel Tower, Sacre Cœur catacombs.

Very cluttered apartment that is a little tired. Key pick up was inconvenient.

Ovetpriced, the least comfortable stay in the entire one month trip.

Location was good with restaurants and supermarket nearby

It’s by far the most expensive apartment we stayed during the the entire Europe trip, significantly higher than the apartment rate in Rome, Zurich and Bordeaux, Antibes. But the facilities, size and comfort level were nowhere comparable. Also, I was asked to pay additional city tax costing extra Euro100 for 4 night stays during check-in. This is the only apartment I stayed during the whole Europe trip did not include the tax in total payment amount. Also, the check-in process to get the door key was troublesome with the need to walk over to another place which was about 10 min walk from the apartment. It was not easy to walk around with luggages and kids to get the key.

The location is good

The bathroom light didn't work the first night of my stay. I needed to walk 15 minutes to the supermarket to pick up the keys and then walk back with 2 big luggage. This is my first time in Paris. The door lock was very difficult to open, I tried for an hour to open it.

Disappointed and not big enough for 4 people.

Location is nice. Hosts were nice but I was upset. Somehow we all got along.

We kind of felt pictures were misleading. It is too small for 4 grown-ups. The building is a dump with holes and construction everywhere. Red Couch in first room needs to be replaced. Hurt my back.

Appartment is in the same street as the oldest stone house in Paris 🙂.

Location is indeed very good. Lively area, full of hundreds of restaurants and shops. Good brasserie for breakfest is just 50m.away. Even Michelin restaurant is 10m from the property. Basically everything is within walking distance. You can take boat, ticket is valid 24 hours and you can get to Eifel Tower enjoying the views on the way. But also Metro Les Halles is close. When you arrive from CDG airport or go to Disney Land it is direct! RER A line which takes just under 1 hour. Flat is small, so is elevator, but you will get all you need for a perfect stay in the heart of Paris. It is very quite although area is noisy. Good rest is guaranteed. Separate and really comfortable bedroom for parents. Two children can sleep in living room. Kitchen is good and equipped but we did not use it except for coffee. Big thanks to the host. Definetely recommend.
