A lovely quiet visit in a peaceful riverside location with nearby amenties suiting our adventuring requirements.

Perfect little retreat

Andrew was very helpful and very welcoming. The cottage was beautiful, and we will definitely be back. For a small cottage it was surprisingly spacious and the open layout makes it perfect for 4 people.

To call it a cottage is a bit misleading. Terraced house really. Lounge and bedrooms were ok

Told us it was dog friendly then when we arrived told they expected us to leave the dogs in the kitchen. Garden was not dog friendly. Rusty wire fence down one side and open hedge at the end so dogs could get out into the next property. Dog mess in garden when we arrived which I had to clear up first. Bathroom very tired. Metal fixtures all rusty. Didn’t even want to use the shower. No milk left which is standard and you would expect even some long life milk left.

Super Clean. Spotless. Excellent quality towels & linen. Very generous amounts of cleaning products, linen, towels, kitchen products. Excellent sleep in quiet cottage. Excellent private parking space. Big garden with lovely patio. Excellent location for walking to shops, restaurant & pub. Excellent, hassle free check-in with key safe & wee courtesy call to host.

Fantastic Cottage

Clean, very comfortable, everything you could want is there. Weather was kind so we were able to use the huge garden too. Great communication with Andrew, very helpful and friendly. If you're in the area I would highly recommend The Cottage.

Just want we needed, more than expected

Gorgeous house, the pictures don't do it justice. The downstairs is much bigger than expected with separate breakfast area and lovely size lounge. Kitchen is really well-equipped and 2 cute bedrooms upstairs with super comfy beds but the highest marks goes to how beautifully clean it was. Came for family wedding in near by golf club. Thank you we really enjoyed.

Excellent

I liked everything, especially the fact that we had our own kitchen and big garden to sit in. The beds were comfy, very clean and highly maintained. The upstairs rooms were very hot and stuffy due to 30 degrees but owner provided us with fans which was super helpful and nice. Overall the house was a very cute, great location and we really enjoyed it.

Relaxing holiday

We are family of 4 staying here for holiday and we felt settling in very easily. It’s very clean and stylish. Beds and sofa are all very comfy which allowed us for good rest after a busy exploring day nearby. Also, the kitchen came with all decent cookwares like brand new! Happy cooking there when preparing breakfast for family. The location is close to where we wanted to visit so it’s very convenient for us. It’s easy to contact the host, Andrew if you have any questions. Highly recommended!

The whole place was superb and extremely well cleaned and !! fabulous outside space with a very quiet location. Exceptional sleep was achieved !!

**Beautiful Cottage**

Great contact with the owner, who actually made sure we were fine the first day. Perfect location, quiet little Village yet close to many attractions. Beautiful cottage, clean and it looks like it was just renovated to. Free tea and coffee was a nice touch. We just wished, we could stay longer.

The property was unbelievably cosy and the kids really loved the stay also… The main bedroom had the comfiest mattress I have ever slept on, me and the kids stay in places every two weeks so that’s saying something.

Gezellig familieverblijf bij Brecon Beacons

Gezellige, ruime woning met meerdere vertrekken, ideaal voor een gezin. Knusse woonkamer met grote, comfortabele bankstellen en een charmant ouderwetse sfeer. Romantisch eetkamertje, perfect voor ontbijt of diner. Fijne douche en een grote tuin met veel privacy. Mooie ligging aan de rand van Brecon Beacons: kasteel bezocht, berg beklommen en genoten van het uitzicht tussen de schapen.

Te laat ontdekt hoe leuk het dorpje eigenlijk was—volgende keer nemen we er meer tijd voor. Bij Café Chameleon waren we te laat voor het eten, al maakte een spelletje het alsnog gezellig. Keuken was prettig en compleet, maar miste een vaatwasser.
