Certainement un des meilleurs appartements rencontré en plusieurs décénnies de location de vacances.
Appartement très bien conçu, propre, très harmonieux, WC indépendant, petite salle de douche indépendante en plus de la salle de bain. Grande terrasse qui serre de pièce supplémentaire par beau temps. Voiture à l'abri . A quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. Hôte attentionné et soucieux de rendre service.

Nice and cosy und ruhiges Apartment, für 2 Personen ideal.
Gaël hat ins freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt und gezeigt. Im Kühlschrank waren 2 kühle Wasserflaschen für und bereit. Er antwortet sehr schnell bei evtl. Fragen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und es sind ca. 2 Min. zu Fuss bis in den Stadtkern von Uzès. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles da, wenn jemand selber kochen möchte, mir hätte der Backofen gefehlt. Es hat aber eine Micro Welle. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber cosy eingerichtet. Ein Plus ist die Einstellhalle fürs Auto, im Preis inbegriffen. Leider ist der Garagen- Ein und Ausgang sehr schmal, wir mussten jeweils bei der Durchfahrt, die Seitenspiegel einklappen. Ein weiteres Plus ist das Schwimmbad, welches man benutzen kann. Bügeleisen, W-Lan, Fön, Fernseher, Tiefkühlschrank Waschmaschine, Abwaschmaschine alles da. Wir waren zu Zweit und die Wohnungsgrösse war für uns perfekt.
Backofen fehlt, vielleicht eine Sonnenstore oder einen Sonnenschirm am Balkon, es wäre dann bestimmt auch etwas kühler in der Wohnung auch ohne Klimaanlage.

Emplacement idéal tout proche du centre ville. Place de parking appréciable. La piscine couverte est un plus. Logement bien agencé et fonctionnel doté d’une belle terrasse.
