The property is within a resort so there is a massive secure and private parking lot. It is also very spacious and there are balconies to enjoy air and natural light. The resort itself is super calm and tranquil.
The home construction felt cheap. Many walls are hollow and you can hear noises coming from them, including in the bedroom - probably AC or something similar, the noise was permanent. Also the water heater drips and the sound of water drops can be annoying especially in the quiet of the night as even with closed doors you can still ear it.
