Mammoth Awesome Location-1 min to Shuttles & Food! TOML-CPAN-11402

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was cozy, full of character, clean and well equipped. Our young children loved the setup with the stairs and open second floor, which made the space feel fun, playful, and special for them.

Two small notes: if you are a light sleeper, it may be worth bringing earplugs and a sleep mask, as the bedrooms are not completely closed off from the living room and the upper windows let in some light. Also, if you are staying with young children, you may want to move the full bed away from the edge of the balcony. This is very easy to do, as the bed has lockable wheels underneath.

Despite an unexpected issue during our stay, I still want to leave a positive review because the owner handled the situation exceptionally well. Unfortunately, there was active construction taking place during the weekend, with workers frequently working directly in front of our unit, including near our private patio and balcony. We were never informed beforehand, which made the stay less relaxing than we had hoped. However, as soon as I reached out, the owner responded promptly and professionally. They were genuinely apologetic and explained that the property management company had not informed them about the construction. They took accountability, provided a partial refund without hesitation, and even offered a discount for a future stay as a gesture of goodwill. While the circumstances were beyond the owner’s control, their communication, honesty, and commitment to making things right truly stood out. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ experience. Because of the way they handled the situation, I would gladly consider staying with them again in the future. Location was perfect and felt like home.

Everything was perfect

The place is good in general furniture, beds are comfortable.

The host didn't send the details in advance. Needed a few additional calls. For some reason used towels were left at the place and we got the new ones on the next day. A bags for trash were not present in all the trash bins. And the the top from the trash bin in the kitchen was in the middle of the floor. The rooms are actually not that separated from each other. There are only curtains. So not too much privacy. But everything is still comfortable if you stay for a weekend or with the close friends. I could recommend the place if the communication was smooth or there were no issues with the towels.
