Checking instructions were timely and detailed, property was clean and tidy, kitchen and laundry facilities were extensive. I was there on my own for just a couple of days but it would be a great place for a group of up to a dozen - about 8 rooms with a large central kitchen. Quiet and secure. Shops a 15 minute walk away.
Several kms distant from the CBD. Self checkin so no direct contact with any staff, but checkin instructions were easy to follow.

Lovely house, with a really nice and big kitchen, in an excellent location. Room was small but comfortable, and good value for money.

The property was convenient, clean, and quite private. It was also great to have parking available.
We also had a small issue with the door when we arrived, but the staff was very helpful, friendly, and responded quickly, which we really appreciated.
The bed was a bit too soft for us, which made it less comfortable and caused some back discomfort during the stay.
Also, there was a noticeable bleach smell when we arrived. We understand the property had been cleaned, but the smell was quite strong and took some time to fade, even after opening the door and balcony.
