El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, andando tienes muy cerca la playa de Franquia muy adecuada para niños sobre todo pequeños porque está en la desembocadura del río y las aguas son tranquilas.
Las instalaciones eléctricas y la poca fuerza del agua en las duchas. Ésto último sobre todo te hace el viaje más incomodo teniendo en cuenta que estamos en un pueblo de costa donde siempre que vuelves de la playa te quieres duchar. Aunque hay dos baños no podíamos utilizarlos los dos a la vez y aún usando uno solo apenas salía agua de la ducha.

Da localização, das áreas, da limpeza, tinha muitos eletrodomésticos, louças e utensílios de cozinha. As camas eram confortáveis e o apartamento dá para acomodar confortávelmente várias pessoas.
A televisão só tem 7 canais. O toldo não dava para abrir.
