Private pool and hot tub. Use of the water toys and golf cart were a plus!
A few lights bulbs were out throughout the home. Construction of new home next door.

Beautiful house, one spectacular master bedroom suite, two bedrooms with private bathrooms, two bedrooms with shared bathroom, and two sets of bunkbeds in the basement . Beautiful pool and hot tub. Spectacular view of the bay. The location is great for us. The hosts have lots and lots of dishes and pans and kitchen utensils.
The rules on using the golf cart are strict. For example, no driving on the Gulf Blvd, the main road that goes up and down the island. You can work with these rules by only using back streets if you want to drive to the convenience store or to the local bar. This just requires a little more planning. Bring #4 cone coffee filters and your own coffee. Hosts provide some coffee Keurig pods and creamers.
