This expansive apartment, one of four in the building, is situated on the upper level, offering additional natural light and a partial view of the Chugach Mountains. Updated in 2022, it features new vinyl plank flooring, kitchen cabinets, and appliances. Each bedroom boasts a new queen-sized hybrid memory foam mattress for optimal comfort. The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer is complemented by complimentary Wifi and TV streaming services. Relax on the oversized couch and watch your favorite film on the 70" TV. Parking is conveniently located directly outside the building at no extra cost. Please note that while this unit does not allow pets, other units on the premises do, which may affect guests with pet allergies.

This is a great property. It's very clean and spacious and has some of the best amenities I have seen in a VRBO. Everything was clean and it's been recently updated - the washer and dryer are amazing. There's a desk in the main bedroom so it was easy to work. And we even had cat visitors on the back deck as an added bonus. The neighborhood and neighbors were quiet. Sylvia, the host, was very patient and super responsive to my ridiculous questions. Would definitely stay here again.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this property and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, from the comfortable furniplshings to the fully stocked kitchen and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet still close to everything I needed. Whether it was enjoying peaceful mornings with coffee or winding down in the evenings, the space made it easy to truly relax.Communication with the host was seamless. She was responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in providing a great experience for her guests.Overall, this was one of the best Vrbo stays I’ve had. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and stress-free getaway.

We stayed here while visiting our son who is serving in the Air Force and stationed in Anchorage. The apartment was close to the airport and in a very quiet location. Very clean and updated- extremely comfortable stay! Would recommend to anyone!
