Located in Wells, this 1 Queen Bedroom plus Queen Murphy bed in living room condo is conveniently located off route 1 and just a three minute drive to the beach. Views of the ocean can be seen right from the property and the area's natural beauty is at your fingertips, as well as, endless good eats and attractions to boot! No finer seafood than in New England! Across from Mike's Clam Shack and Congdon's Donuts. Next door to morning coffee and lunch too at Borealis Bread. Anything you need is walking distance and yet your home will be quietly removed down the drive off Rt 1. Abutting property is Rachel Carson Wildlife conservation land which has many beautiful walking trails with more beaches to discover down the road as well. Heated salt water swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Plenty of games on hand. Very clean space and grounds. TVs in bedroom and living area with cable and internet streaming. Upgraded fridge, high pressure hand held shower, Casper memory foam mattress, coffee maker and memory foam topper for Murphy bed!!!. Just across Rt.1 is direct route to I-95. This central location is key to your stay. We also have plenty of recommendations and can help you while planning ahead of time.

This property may be on the smaller side, but it's perfect for two people, especially if you plan to be out and about all day. The location is excellent. All area beaches as well as a bunch of fun restaurants and shops are within a 10/15 min drive. I would come back!

We had a great time with family, and the location of the property was ideal for sightseeing and meeting up with other family members for dinner & activities. Rob & Carrie were great hosts & were very responsive to any needs we had!

The cottage was in a nice location for getting to the beach and restaurants.The property was run down and not the level of cleanliness we prefer. The sheets, towels, rugs, pillows, couch were all very worn and some of the throw pillows had visible dirt on them. We moved a chair to utilize the space and behind it was a used bloody band-aide. There were cheez-Its, crumbs, wrapper and a bracelet in the crack of the chair easily visible. We were disappointed overall but made the best of it. The shower head was nice with good pressure.
