This is a private 2br/1bth quintessential Mill Valley bungalow with a big deck, large sunny yard, nice new furnishings, plenty of nice towels and linens, and many special touches. A one to two minute flat easy walk to downtown mill valley! The location simply cannot be beat!

My family and I stayed in this wonderful home for 10 days and it will always have a place in our hearts. Perfect location…5-10 minute drive to the 101….12 minute drive to Muir Woods…5-7 minute walk to coffee, restaurants, and shopping. A driveway for parking. A charming back yard. 6 burner Viking range. Subzero refrigerator. A beautiful home with lots of natural light. In fact, the literal ONLY drawback is the king bedroom is very bright, but a couple of eye masks made that all go away. Sandy and Peter were consummate hosts…quick to respond and attend to any issues…and wonderful humans to boot. 10/10 property. We will stay here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy & Peter's home. The location is perfect - walking distance to town, access to trails, and jumping off spot to explore the broader Bay Area. Our kids loved the trampoline and the backyard space was lovely. Even better than the pictures! We hope to be back.
