About this apartment rental
Warwick 202 Oceanfront , offers great views of the beach, ocean, and the pool below. This condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Featuring an open plan living, dining and kitchen. Nicely furnished, and updated throughout. The living area opens to a large, private balcony and views of the ocean, beach and pool. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, and there is a wet bar in the dining area with a wine cooler. The kitchen has updates including solid surface countertops and sink, and it is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king bed, and a sliding door that opens to the oceanfront balcony. The luxurious master bath has been updated with new solid surface countertops, double sinks, walk-in shower with seamless glass enclosure, and a garden tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 singles. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have an updated, private bath with tub/shower combination. This vacation retreat is equipped with cable TVs, DVD, secure wireless internet, wet bar, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, central AC/heat. Elevators service all floors and luggage carts are available for guests and there is assigned, covered parking.

Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

We had a great time at 202 Warwick. Location was excellent. Just steps to the beach and the pool. My children loved the pool. Everyone enjoyed the beach. Bring lots of sunblock! The covered porch was nice, just the seats needed cushions. Bedrooms were roomy, baths had everything you needed. We would definitely stay here again. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

Nice decor however the bathroom lighting was poor.
Some plugs were out. The top plug would work but the bottom wouldn't.

Really nice condo. The view of the ocean is awesome. Conveniently located by the ocean, the walkway to get to the ocean, the pool/hot tub area. The grounds were very nice with places to walk and sit, eat and drink and just relax. Lots to do at the resort. Grocery shopping is very close by as well as a range of great places to eat. The rest and relaxation was awesome.
There were some items that could be updated or provided by the renter, but nothing that made our stay any less relaxing. It was very relaxing. The check in and check out were easy. The calls to the rental office were answered and handled quickly
