SUNSET ART Beach Front

We were 5 adults and one child, hence we had two separate accomodations. In one of them, three of the adults were staying (two rooms, one with double bed, one with bunk bed). They were on the 4th floor and had two balconies, one of which with beautiful sea view. The room also had one bathroom and something like a living room with dining table and mini fridge. It was spacious, nice view, close to the 5th floor where the breakfast was. The breakfast had few options to choose from, small portions but delicious; combined with the breathtaking sea view, the experience was nice. Nice touch was the small bottle of wine alongside some coffee and tea. All of the staff were nice and friendly. The beach was around 2-3 minutes away, some restaurants, close to the main street with all kinds of shops, fast food and etc. We had luck there was one free parking spot in front of the hotel, otherwise I have no idea where we could park the car - every spot was spwcified for the surounding hotels.

The double room we were (with the cot for the child) was not something that I expected. It was right next to the reception and felt like initially it wasn't planned to be guest room. It had only one window that can be oppened, no door or patio or somewhere to sit outside. We basically were seeing the cars parked in front which we didn't like. The room was really small, basically with bed, one chair, one mini round table, small tv, small minibar, bathroom and wardrobe next to the door. If you really need only to sleep there for few hours, would be okay. Would not reccomend this room if you need a cot and you are with small kid - bigger rooms will be better. Also, we didn't have a place to leave our wet towels and bathing suits after the beach and had to take one old and broken dryer which we found asking around (they even said it will be needed the next day and we need to give it back).
